We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
To request a repair, please contact shop@gilesandbrother.com, and they will issue you a repair number and return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

gilesandbrother.com reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
