Returns

Please email shop@gilesandbrother.com, or leave us a message at (212)643-0518 and we will return your call within 48 hours. We accept returns or exchanges for up to 2 weeks after items are received.  We will charge a 25 percent restocking fee after 2 weeks. After 1 month, all returns & exchanges have to be approved by customer service.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items or earnings.

All sale items are final sale.

To make a return or exchange, please email shop@gilesandbrother.com, and they will issue a return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.

Repairs

For all repairs inquiries, please email shop@gilesandbrother.com.

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
To request a repair, please contact shop@gilesandbrother.com, and they will issue you a repair number and return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
