Returns and Exchanges

Please email shop@gilesandbrother.com, or leave us a message at (646) 652-6831 and we will return your call within 48 hours. We accept returns or exchanges for up to 2 weeks after items are received.  We will charge a 25 percent restocking fee after 2 weeks. After 1 month, all returns & exchanges have to be approved by customer service. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.

All sale items are final sale.

To make a return or exchange, please email shop@gilesandbrother.com, and they will issue a return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.

Gilesandbrother.com reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
