We will charge a 25 percent restocking fee after 2 weeks. After 1 month, all returns & exchanges have to be approved by customer service. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.

To make a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will issue a return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.
