return policy

please email returns@gilesandbrother.com, or leave us a message at (646) 652-6831 and we will return your call within 48 hours. we accept returns or exchanges for up to 2 weeks after items are received.  we will charge a 25 percent restocking fee after 2 weeks. after 1 month, all returns & exchanges have to be approved by customer service. we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.

all sale items are final sale.

to make a return or exchange, please email returns@gilesandbrother.com, and they will issue a return tag for insured shipping. the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. in the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.

gilesandbrother.com reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
